Most group fitness classes throw everyone into the same workout and hope for the best. At FlipFit, we do things differently. Our small group personal training program combines individualized workouts,expert coaching, and the energy of a team — all in a focused, mobility-friendly environment.
Whether you’re returning from an injury, rebuilding your strength, or just want to move and feel better without breaking your body, we build your training around you — and help you execute it with real-time support.

Every member has a custom program delivered through our training app (TrueCoach), updated weekly by your coach to match your goals, lifestyle, and movement needs.

Even though your program is individualized, you’ll train in a small group (3–5 people) with a coach guiding every movement, helping you progress safely, and keeping you accountable.
