FlipFit is an awesome gym! I've been weight training for a few years and have been wanting to work more calisthenics into my training. FlipFit is a great hybrid between the two. They focus a lot on mobility and strength and there are different progressions so it works great for people who are new to fitness, and those that have been working on it a while. I thought I already knew a lot, but I am constantly learning new things. I wish I had joined this gym earlier, can’t recommend enough!

FlipFit has helped me get back in shape, and has specially helped me with my past injuries. I have a bad shoulder and coach Eric helped with my shoulder flexibility and mobility. Now my should is pain free and I can finally sleep at night without any pain. I recommend this gym because everyone here is nice and friendly and everyone helps you out if you are struggling. Best decision I’ve ever made.

Their "ninjas" program, is AMAZING. The kids actually work out, but FlipFit makes it enjoyable. The instructors/coaches are so polite and positive. 10/10 would recommend.
