Mini Ninjas (Ages 3–4)Play-based movement and early motor development. Kids learn to climb, crawl, jump, and roll safely in a fun, structured setting that builds early coordination and confidence.
Obstacle-based training with foundational strength, balance, and tumbling skills. We introduce grip work, basic vaulting, jumping mechanics, and structured class routines that teach discipline and movement awareness.
More advanced obstacle progressions, parkour flow, tricking basics, and gymnastics strength. Classes include mobility work, body weight strength, and real skill development — designed to push physical and mental limits in a safe, encouraging way.
Ninjas Acro is our invite-only acrobatics and parkour class designed for advanced students who’ve mastered the basics and are ready to take their movement to the next level.
This class blends wall runs, vault combos, dive rolls, flips, and tricking — with an emphasis on clean landings, spatial awareness, and body control. It’s fast-paced, high-skill, and focused on unlocking explosive movement while staying mobile, strong, and safe. Not just for fun — it’s for kids who want to move like athletes and fly like Ninjas.
This is our most advanced path for committed Ninjas looking to take their movement to the next level. It’s focuse on bodyweight mastery, calisthenics, gymnastics rings, and high-level tricking. These students train like athletes — because they are.
We integrate ninja obstacle training, parkour, tumbling, tricking, and gymnastics strength in every level — no two classes are the same, and every week builds on the last.
We don’t just let kids run wild. Every class is structured to build skill, strength, and self-confidence — all while keeping it fun and fast-paced.
Yes, kids will have a blast. But they’ll also learn how to focus, listen, and challenge themselves — skills that carry over into school, sports, and life.
