A Personalized Introduction to Bodyweight Strength Training!

We create every MoveBetter challenge based on your needs! During your first free intro session, we will develop a personalized plan, take you through our basic movement screening so you can get a feel for our coaching and see how our method of training is right for you.

3 Phases to Success

One on One Fundamentals: 8-24 sessions

Fitness is not one size fits all and we believe setting a strong foundation is the key to long term success. Rather than throwing you into a class of people or just letting you figure out the gym on your own. Our professional certified staff will guide you through each session teaching you the fundamental movement of the FlipFit system.

Hybrid Training

Once a strong base has been created you graduate to small group sessions where you will be paired with like-minded individuals with similar goals to yours. During this phase, we will also schedule one-on-one check-in with your coach to make sure you're on track.

Its a lifestyle, NOT just a workout!

We will set you up with access to our MoveBetter Nutrition Course and our custom workout app with workouts and tips to boost your progress through your MoveBetter challenge.
